AppleScripts and Automator Actions
FEmp.app - Ever wanted to empty the trash and the Finder just won’t let you? Have you ever had loads of locked files in the Trash which you want to empty, but can’t be bothered to go through and unlock them all? FEmp is for you. Just open FEmp, enter your password and let it do its work.
note: you must be an admin to use this app.
Here is the source code, which you can open in Script Editor and tweak: FEmp.scpt

Purge Folder - Move all the contents of a folder to the trash, but leave the folder intact.
Download all these Automator services in one go here. Extract the files and save them to “~/Library/Services”.
